The Neighborhood Center Inc. was the proud recipient of the proceeds from the Boilermaker Walk that was scheduled to take place on Saturday July 7, 2012. Due to inclement weather, the walk was cancelled and registered participants were given the option to donate their full registration fee or receive a refund. The community has once again shown its generosity and support of The Neighborhood Center! On Friday, September 7th, Tim Reed and Marie Seiselmeyer presented a check in the amount of $5,655.00 to Sandra Soroka and Amy Mielnicki. Thank you to the Boilermaker Committees, those that participated in the walk, the generosity of the donors and all of the volunteers from The Neighborhood Center that helped make this event successful for the second year in a row!
