Our Community Health Worker Services (CHW) is now one of the American Heart Association's community partners. This photo was taken on June 1st at Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield to kick off national CPR week. Our CHW staff recently attended a "hands only" infant CPR training and are now able to pass this invaluable information on to the clients that we serve.
Community Health Worker Services work with high needs individuals and families to access needed preventive and primary health care services emphasizing on pregnant women not enrolled in health care/supportive services.
