Description: 1 Full-time position with excellent benefits. New Program: The SOHO Regional Permanency Resource Center Program Director is responsible for the leadership and administrative functions for the SOHO Regional Permanency Resource Center working with children and caregivers living in post-guardianship or post-adoptive families. Responsible for the direct supervision of SOHO RPRC Care Managers and implementation of the SOHO Regional Permanency Resource Center as designed. Plan and coordinate outreach, supervise individual and family assessments, assess training needs and provide education, home visiting, and service coordination performed by Care Managers. Assist in the development of an overall work plan, including outreach strategies for the targeted geographic areas. Establish relationships with and provide training to county Departments of Social Services, Foster Care and Adoption agencies across Schoharie, Otsego, Herkimer and Oneida counties and other human service providers; develop and maintain community resources within each county. Must possess knowledge of the specific geographic area and the population to be served. Driver’s License and transportation required.

Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Social Work and two years related experience with one year supervisory experience strongly preferred OR Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and four years of experience working with at-risk families required with two years supervisory experience required. EOE
