ADULT RECOVERY SERVICES PROGRAM DIRECTOR:
Full-time position with benefits. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Adult Recovery Services program at our Utica and Rome, NY sites. Provide leadership for the program; coordinate and monitor work functions; plan and review service goals to meet desired program outcomes. Flexibility in work schedule required to meet program needs including some evenings and Saturdays. Possess extensive knowledge of community resources and multiple human service delivery systems. Supervisory experience needed. A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or closely related field and a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience required. EOE

CHILD SERVICES ADVOCATE: New Listing ! 
Full-time position with benefits. Provide supportive services and information for victims of child sexual abuse and/or severe physical abuse and their non-offending family members. Responsibilities include conducting home, medical, legal and other collateral visits and accompanying clients to appointments and developing a coordinated response. Flexibility in schedule necessary and rotating on-call schedule required. Knowledge/experience with victim’s rights and advocacy with medical, legal and criminal justice systems. Knowledge of the Oneida County Department of Social Services delivery system and community resources. This full-time position with benefits will provide administrative support to the Director of Behavioral Healthcare and the Assistant Director of Behavioral Healthcare. Responsible to coordinate, assign and review the work of support staff within the unit as applicable. Responsibilities include providing coverage for secretarial needs throughout the Behavioral Healthcare division as needed at multiple sites in Utica, NY and Rome, NY. Work schedule flexibility required for coverage of evening shifts (12Noon-8pm,) as needed. Supervisory experience needed. FACILITIES SERVICES WORKER II: New Listing!
1 Part-time position with benefits (25 hours per week) is available at our Rome, NY site with a schedule of Monday thru’ Friday 8:30AM -1:30PM. Perform a variety of custodial tasks including but not limited to daily routine cleaning duties such as mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, emptying trash and the maintenance of the agency’s grounds, sidewalks and additional related tasks. Flexibility in schedule is necessary. Ability to perform essential functions of the job requiring medium to heavy physical effort including lifting and manual labor. COMMUNITY HEALTH WORKER PROGRAM SUPERVISOR: 
1 Full-time position with benefits. The Community Health Program will work with individuals and families to access needed preventive and primary health care services with an emphasis on pregnant women not enrolled in health care or supportive services. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Plan and coordinate outreach, supervise individual and family assessments, assess training needs and provide health education, home visiting, and service coordination performed by the Community Health Workers. Flexibility in schedule necessary including some evening hours. A Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) OR a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW) AND 2 years staff supervisory experience required. CHILDCARE TEACHER (INFANT AND TODDLER):  
1 Full-time position with benefits. Plan and supervise activities and daily routine for infant and toddlers at our childcare center.  Must posses knowledge and understanding of child development issues.  Associate's Degree in Early Childhood, Child Development or related field OR Child Development Associate credential or 9 college credits in Early Childhood, Child Development or a related field with a plan leading to a Child Development Associate Credential and 1 year of specific training and/or experience in infant or toddler care (which may be demonstrated by obtaining an Infant/Toddler Childcare credential). COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH NURSEExcellent flexible part-time opportunity!
Part-time position without benefits. Work 8 to10 hours per week. Work as a member of the clinical treatment team at both the Utica and Rome Clinics. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: review health assessments, see patients, assist doctors and Nurse Practitioners and facilitate insurance authorizations for medications. Licensed Registered Nurse and 2 years of nursing experience required with a minimum of 1 year of that experience in public health, mental health or psychiatric nursing in a position providing direct services to children and families in a clinic setting. MCAT PEER ADVOCATE:  
The Mobile Crisis Assessment Team (MCAT) has 1 part-time without benefits position (up to 19 hours per week) for Peer Advocate available. Additionally, this position will have some responsibilities within the Adult Recovery Services program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide a variety of peer support services with primary focus on mental health recovery and facilitating participation in treatment and positive decision-making. Co-facilitate groups and activities which foster individual development and empowerment. Conduct home visits and follow up as assigned. Must possess personal experience with the mental health delivery services system. Flexibility is necessary to meet program and service needs; will work in both Rome and Utica sites. High School Diploma/GED and at least 1 year of experience working with the target population required. EOE
