CRISIS CASE MANAGERS:
Full-time positions are available. The worksite for these positions is located at the 911 Call Center in Oriskany, NY. Serve as an advocate, facilitator, monitor, supporter and primary resource for assigned clients in need of acute mental health care resources. Assist the clients to maintain and enhance their functioning level to establish healthy and constructive living patterns and reduce the rates of return into acute services. Conduct outreach and linkage to services. Perform other duties as assigned including assignment to the 911 Call Center to triage crisis calls. Bachelor‘s Degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology or a closely related Human Service field with a minimum of 3 years experience working in a Human Services agency required. EOE

COMMUNITY HEALTH WORKER PROGRAM SUPERVISOR: New listing!
1 full-time position with benefits. The Community Health Program will work with individuals and families to access needed preventive and primary health care services with an emphasis on pregnant women not enrolled in health care or supportive services. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Plan and coordinate outreach, supervise individual and family assessments, assess training needs and provide health education, home visiting, and service coordination performed by the Community Health Workers. Flexibility in schedule necessary including some evening hours. A Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) OR a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW) AND 2 years staff supervisory experience required. COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH NURSEExcellent flexible part-time opportunity!
Part-time position without benefits. Work 8 to10 hours per week. Work as a member of the clinical treatment team at both the Utica and Rome Clinics. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: review health assessments, see patients, assist doctors and Nurse Practitioners and facilitate insurance authorizations for medications. Licensed Registered Nurse and 2 years of nursing experience required with a minimum of 1 year of that experience in public health, mental health or psychiatric nursing in a position providing direct services to children and families in a clinic setting. MCAT PEER ADVOCATE:  
The Mobile Crisis Assessment Team (MCAT) has 1 part-time without benefits position (up to 19 hours per week) for Peer Advocate available. Additionally, this position will have some responsibilities within the Adult Recovery Services program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide a variety of peer support services with primary focus on mental health recovery and facilitating participation in treatment and positive decision-making. Co-facilitate groups and activities which foster individual development and empowerment. Conduct home visits and follow up as assigned. Must possess personal experience with the mental health delivery services system. Flexibility is necessary to meet program and service needs; will work in both Rome and Utica sites. High School Diploma/GED and at least 1 year of experience working with the target population required. EOE

SENIOR CRISIS COUNSELOR
:  in Chenango, Delaware, Otsego and Schoharie Counties
1 full-time position with the Mobile Crisis Assessment Team (MCAT). Provide mobile crisis services for children and adults. Flexibility in work schedule and ability to work independently required. Assist in staff supervision and in the management of day to day crisis services operation in a 4 county area including Chenango, Delaware, Otsego and Schoharie counties. This position will be located in Otsego County with travel to the other 3 counties to provide oversight, supervision and attend meetings and related tasks. The work schedule may include some evenings as necessary. Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and 2 years experience in the provision of mental health services and 1 year staff supervisory experience required OR Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and 2 years experience in the provision of mental health services and 1 year staff supervisory experience required OR Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and 2 years experience in the provision of mental health services and 1 year staff supervisory experience required. CRISIS COUNSELOR I in Chenango, Delaware, Otsego and Schoharie Counties  
Full-time new positions are available with the Mobile Crisis Assessment Team (MCAT) which is expanding to additional counties in NYS. The work schedule is Monday thru’ Friday; 10am to 6pm with the exception of  one position which will work 1pm to 9pm; M-F. Provide mobile mental health crisis services for children and adults in Chenango, Delaware, Otsego or Schoharie Counties. Flexibility and ability to work independently required. Valid NYS Driver’s License and transportation required. Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology or Creative Arts Therapy with one year experience in the provision of mental health services OR Licensed Registered Nurse with one year experience in the provision of mental health services. CHILDCARE TEACHER- INFANT AND TODDLER PROGRAM:
1 Full-time position at our Utica, NY childcare center. Plan and supervise the activities and daily routine for infants and toddlers in The Neighborhood Center’s childcare program. Must possess knowledge and understanding of child development issues. Maintain safe, orderly and nurturing environment. Establish cooperative relationships with children's parents or guardians. Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood, Child Development or related field OR Child Development Associate credential, OR 9 college credits in Early Childhood, Child Development or a related field, with a plan leading to a Child Development Associate credential and 2 years experience related to caring for children  AND 1 year of specific experience in infant or toddler care which may be demonstrated by obtaining an Infant/Toddler Care credential REQUIRED. CRISIS COUNSELOR I:  in Oneida and Herkimer Counties
2 Full-time positions with the Mobile Crisis Assessment Team (MCAT). Available shifts are Monday thru’ Friday; 12Noon to 8:00pm and 2pm to 10pm. Provide mobile mental health crisis services for children and adults in Oneida and Herkimer Counties. Flexibility and ability to work independently required. Valid NYS Driver’s License and transportation required. Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology or Creative Arts Therapy with one year experience in the provision of mental health services OR Licensed Registered Nurse with one year experience in the provision of mental health services. NURSE PRACTITIONER IN PSYCHIATRY: Hours Negotiable !!
Full-time or Part-time position (hours negotiable) in our Behavioral Healthcare services. Work as a member of a multi-disciplinary clinical treatment team to provide a total therapy program tailored to the individual needs of clients. Work schedule may include evenings and some flexibility may be necessary to meet program/service needs. Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry. EOE
