CRISIS COUNSELOR I:   Delaware County
Full-time position with benefits with the Mobile Crisis Assessment Team (MCAT). Available shift is Monday thru’ Friday; 10:00am to 6:00 pm. Provide mobile mental health crisis services for children and adults. Flexibility and ability to work independently required. Valid NYS Driver’s License and transportation required. Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology or Creative Arts Therapy with one year experience in the provision of mental health services required OR Licensed Registered Nurse with one year experience in the provision of mental health services required. CHILDCARE TEACHER:  

Full-time position with benefits. An Infant and Toddler Childcare Teacher position is available at our 615 Mary St, Utica site. 37.5 hours per week; Monday through Friday; 9:00am to 5:30pm work schedule with flexibility needed. Plan activities and supervise children through their daily routines in the childcare program. Maintain a safe, orderly and nurturing environment. Establish cooperative relationships with the children's parents or guardians.

Must possess an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood, Child Development or related field and 1 year experience related to caring for infants and toddlers OR Infant and Toddler Child Care and Education credential; or Infant Toddler Child Development Associate credential; or other OCFS office –recognized credential specific to the infant/toddler developmental period AND 2 years’ experience related to caring for children OR Child Development Associate credential AND 2 years of experience caring for children, 1 of which must be related to caring for infants or toddlers REQUIRED. INTENSIVE CASE MANAGER

Full-time position. Assist high-risk children and youth diagnosed with serious mental illness who reside within Herkimer County to establish healthy and constructive living patterns. Provide services primarily in the client’s home, school and community.  Develop individualized service plans. Knowledge of mental health delivery system and community resources. Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology or closely related Human Service field AND 4 years of experience in providing direct services to mentally disabled clients or experience in linking mentally disabled clients to a broad range of services essential to successful living in a community setting required. CARE MANAGER:
Full-time positions with benefits.  Positions are available in Utica, NY. Provide care coordination to individuals with serious mental illness, medical issues and substance abuse disorders. Flexibility and good communications skills required. Must have knowledge of community resources and experience working with the target population. Must possess valid Driver’s License and transportation in order to conduct required home visits. Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology or a closely related field required. EOE
 

CLINICAL SUPERVISORExcellent career ladder opportunity !
Full-time position with benefits. This position is available at our Behavioral Healthcare Clinic serving children and adults in Rome, NY. Some responsibilities may also be required in our Utica, NY Clinic. Responsibilities include but aren't limited to: Guide and direct clinical and therapeutic service delivery of Social Workers and Counselors. Assist in the selection of clinical staff. Provide therapeutic services to an assigned caseload. This is an excellent opportunity for a Social Work professional to join a respected Human Service agency with more than a 100 years of service to its community. It is a 37.5 hours per week work schedule; Monday through Friday. Excellent benefits package with generous time off. Salary negotiable/Relocation funds are available. Full-time positions with benefits and Part-time positions are available at our Behavioral Healthcare Clinics in Utica and Rome, NY. Provide therapeutic counseling to children, adolescents and adults. Must possess thorough knowledge of mental health issues affecting this population and have related counseling experience. Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling required and in the process of obtaining a NYS license; LMSW preferred OR Licensed Mental Health Counselor preferred. EOE
 
CRISIS CASE MANAGER:
Full-time position with benefits are available. Shifts available are Monday to Friday; 12Noon to 8:00pm. Serve as an advocate, facilitator, monitor, supporter and primary resource for assigned clients in need of acute mental health care resources. Assist the clients to maintain and enhance their functioning level to establish healthy and constructive living patterns and reduce the rates of recidivism into acute services. Conduct outreach and linkage to services. Perform other duties as assigned. Bachelor‘s Degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology or a closely related Human Service field with a minimum of 3 years experience working in a Human Services agency required. EOE
 
CRISIS COUNSELOR I:  Part-time positions in Chenango, Delaware, Otsego & Schoharie Counties 
2 Part-time positions  with the Mobile Crisis Assessment Team (MCAT). Hours and benefits negotiable. This position travels as needed to provide coverage in other counties. Provide mobile mental health crisis services for children and adults in Chenango, Delaware, Otsego & Schoharie Counties. Flexibility and ability to work independently required. Valid NYS Driver’s License and transportation required. Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology or Creative Arts Therapy with one year experience in the provision of mental health services required OR Licensed Registered Nurse with one year experience in the provision of mental health services required. PEER ADVOCATE: MCAT Program
The Mobile Crisis Assessment Team (MCAT) has 1 part-time position without benefits (up to 19 hours per week) for Peer Advocate available. Additionally, this position will have some responsibilities within the Adult Recovery Services program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide a variety of peer support services with primary focus on mental health recovery and facilitating participation in treatment and positive decision-making. Co-facilitate groups and activities which foster individual development and empowerment. Conduct home visits and follow up as assigned. Must possess personal experience with the mental health delivery services system. Flexibility is necessary to meet program and service needs; will work in both Rome and Utica sites. High School Diploma/GED and at least 1 year of experience working with the target population required. EOE
